Requirements - Solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. - Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and audience funnels. - Experience with scaling campaigns and managing high ad spends. - Good command of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and tracking setup. - Ability to analyze data and apply learnings to improve results. - Clear communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
