Role Event Coordinator Location Mohali Job Type FulltimeAbout Fitelo Fitelo is a fast-paced Indian D2C Health-tech startup looking to hire senior talent It is an AI powered online platform for weight loss and chronic disease management The company was founded with a vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right staying active and building healthy habits It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its team across multiple roles About the role We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing events across various locations in the Tricity Chandigarh Mohali Panchkula This role is key to enhancing Fitelo s brand presence engaging with the community and supporting operational goals through seamless event execution Specifically this role will involve Plan coordinate and manage logistics for events such as fitness camps wellness workshops brand activations and partner collaborations Work closely with internal teams marketing nutrition fitness and design to align event goals with business objectives Liaise with vendors venues and local partners for event setup permissions and on-ground requirements Handle end-to-end event execution including scheduling resource management and team coordination Ensure timely availability of all necessary materials branding kits merchandise etc Track and report event performance feedback and ROI metrics to improve future events Travel across locations in Tricity as required Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing Strong organizational communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with field work and traveling across Tricity Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace familiarity with event tools is a plus Qualifications A Bachelor s or Master s degree in any field is acceptable
