About The Role Position: Deputy Manager Channel Sales No of openings: 1 Reporting to: GM Channel Sales, Safe Storage (West) Location: Raipur What You Will Do - To monitor sales and marketing activities of the area and achieve targeted sales of Gunnebo Products. - To increase non banking business in assigned territory. - To develop the Sales Strategy for the defined territory & ensuring execution in line with the agreed annual plans and time lines. - To explore new growth opportunities for developing additional business in the area. - To ensure timely collection to maintain targeted daily outstanding (DSO) - To expand our presence in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing new/extending channel partner's operations - To ensure the channel partners are achieving their targets and guide them by implementing the systems and processes of Gunnebo. Who We Are Looking For - Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably engineers/ Post Graduation in Management is preferred. - 7-10 Years of relevant experience in Channel Sales with exposure to BFSI, Govt. and Jewelry Segment Functional Skills: - To increase non banking business. - To drive the business through Channel Partners - Appointments and managing dealers for the Business in the Area - To promote business in Institutional Segment like Corporates and Big Jewelers - Market Coverage and business volumes - To work with System Integrators and Architects - Good techno commercial experience in B2B and Channel Sales Behavioral High on customer relationship management, co-operative, disciplined with good inter-personal skills, team player and self- driven , result oriented.
