About the Role We are looking for a talented and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering Services team In this role you will be responsible for frequent on-site interventions in India and abroad managing the design installation commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial machinery You will ensure compliance with standards drive project execution and collaborate directly with clients and subcontractors on a global scale Key Responsibilities 1 Site Supervision Execution Supervise the installation wiring and commissioning of electrical systems and control panels on client sites in India and internationally Design and implement electrical systems and components for machinery installation projects Ensure all work is executed according to electrical design specifications project requirements and applicable codes standards Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved 2 Quality Testing Compliance Conduct electrical testing to verify that systems and components meet performance and safety standards Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations industry standards and company policies Review and approve electrical drawings wiring diagrams and technical documentation Stay updated on new technologies industry regulations and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions 3 Troubleshooting Problem-Solving Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and maintenance Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and site teams 4 Coordination Communication Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Participate in site meetings and provide accurate updates to management Communicate directly with clients to address technical inquiries and ensure satisfaction 5 Documentation Reporting Document testing activities results and specifications of electrical components and systems Maintain accurate site logs inspection records and electrical testing reports Prepare and submit progress and completion reports to management Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in electrical system design installation commissioning and site supervision international project experience is a plus Strong understanding of electrical systems automation and control technologies Knowledge of electrical safety standards testing procedures and compliance requirements Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure Strong communication coordination and reporting skills Proficiency in relevant engineering software testing equipment and MS Office tools Willingness to travel extensively for on-site assignments in India and abroad What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Exposure to international projects in 25 countries Opportunity to work closely with clients in the food industry and beyond Career development in a fast-growing business division with international exposure About E S Food Technologies E S Food Technologies is a leading provider of tailored high-quality and cost-effective food processing solutions We specialize in customized machines and advanced Italian-made technology ensuring reliability and performance Through local production and sourcing in India we optimize costs while delivering competitively priced services Our commitment extends to complete support from product trials and installation to training and after-sales service As a trusted partner in emerging markets we combine local expertise with a reputation for long-term reliability Through our Engineering Services division we offer erection and commissioning services to companies across various industries This business unit is experiencing a steep growth phase with projects successfully completed in 25 countries Our engineers work directly with clients primarily in the food industry but not limited to it ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Diploma Preferred Experience Electrical engineering 3 years Required Language English Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Expected Start Date 15 03 2024
