Job Description About the Role FiatPe is looking for a Corporate Communications Expert who is a natural storyteller and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be the voice of the brand shaping narratives, strengthening communication across all channels, and ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging for both internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities - Create clear, engaging, and compelling content for a wide range of brand collateral including brochures, pitch decks, company profiles, one-pagers, website content, video scripts, blogs, and product write-ups. - Draft high-quality press releases, founder quotes, media statements, and thought-leadership articles for PR and media opportunities. - Build, refine, and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging system across all communication touchpoints. - Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life with powerful, insight-driven copy. - Support internal communications, including leadership messages, culture-building content, and organizational updates. - Track communication and branding trends to keep FiatPe's messaging fresh, relevant, and relatable. - Assist in crisis communication and reputation management, when required. What You'll Bring - Proven experience in content writing, brand communications, or corporate communications. - Strong command of English with the ability to simplify complex fintech or business concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand language. - A talent for emotional storytelling and building brand narratives through words. - Strong understanding of startup storytelling from investor decks to culture-driven communication. - Ability to multitask, work cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality content under agile timelines. - Willingness to experiment, iterate, and innovate while safeguarding the brand's tone and messaging integrity. - Bonus: Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or MSME-focused brands.
