About Position:

We are hiring for QA Automation with hands on expertise in test complete, pytest selenium, API, restassured, azure devops.

- Role: QA Automation (Test Complete)
- Location: All Persistent Locations
- Experience: 7 to 12 years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete and other tools.
- Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Implement BDD frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter and ensure security compliance with OWASP standards.
- Work within Agile SCRUM teams and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Use Azure DevOps and JIRA for test management and tracking.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior QA engineers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–10 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete and Selenium.
- Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
