Job Description

Agile Coach / Scrum Master

Team Enabler: Coaches individuals and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization and collaboration.
Scrum Master Enabler: Coaches the Scrum Master in embracing value orientation and self-organization within the development team. Teaches agile practices and helps to shape abilities such as problem solving and conflict resolution.Consultant: Advising on agile practices and helping to tailor agile frameworks to the organization’s unique needs.Trainer: Provide trainings to teams and individuals on agile methodologies, ensuring everyone understands and can effectively implement them.Strategic Planning: Alignment of agile transformation with organizational goals and strategies.Change Management: Managing organizational change initiatives
