Job Title Machine Tetra Pak Operator - Dairy Industry Location Bahjoi - 244410 Sambhal U P Department Production Packaging Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating Tetra Pak machinery within a dairy processing environment The operator will be responsible for setting up running monitoring and troubleshooting production packaging lines to ensure efficient hygienic and high-quality production of milk and dairy products Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor Tetra Pak auto-mode processing machines Perform machine setup changeovers and routine adjustments according to production schedules Monitor packaging quality perform visual checks and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime and report major faults to maintenance Maintain accurate records of production output downtime and material usage Perform daily cleaning basic maintenance and CIP Clean-In-Place procedures Coordinate with production quality and maintenance teams to meet daily output targets Adhere strictly to GMPs HACCP and plant safety protocols Adhere strictly to FSSAI standards and ensure hygiene Suggest improvements to enhance machine performance and reduce waste Requirements 2 years of experience operating Tetra Pak machinery in a dairy or beverage plant Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with food-grade safety hygiene and packaging standards Ability to read technical manuals and follow SOPs Basic computer skills for data entry and control panel operations Physically fit to stand lift and operate machinery during 8-12 hour shifts Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical production engineering is a plus Working Conditions Fast-paced dairy processing environment Exposure to refrigeration areas noise and wet conditions Shift work including weekends and holidays may be required Job Type - Pay From 15 000 00 per month Ability to Commute Relocate Bahjoi Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your current salary What is your reason for switching current job Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Operator work 5 years Preferred Location Bahjoi Uttar Pradesh Preferred Work Location In person
