We are looking for young enthusiasts and curious minds to join our digital acquisition team. Primarily the responsibility of the role is to independently manage a channel or business digital marketing end to end.

Job Responsibilities

- Build and Manage a team of app acquisition specialist
- Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns and ads on Facebook, Google UAC, and other channels for app acquisition
- Allocation of budgets across channels and experiments
- Hands-on with campaign Optimization. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Ideate with the Graphic Designing team/agency/product marketing to solve for growth problems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Business teams for new initiatives for driving growth
- Revenue and profitability analysis and leveraging data and analytics to optimize the paid funnel to maximize revenue and ensure business targets are met/exceeded for Practo
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Pushing our Digital marketing Strategies beyond industry best practices.

Must Have 5+ years of total experience and minimum 2+ hands on experience in App acquisition with each of them :

1. Google UAC Campaigns
2. Facebook App Acquisition Campaigns
3. iOS Campaigns [1 Year Experience]
4. Affiliates App Acquisition and partner management

Good To Have:

1. Programmatic Ads experience on DV360 or any other platform
2. Influencer based app acquisition campaigns

Skills Required: Ability to plan and project transactions and spends, Build working models of campaign behaviour, Consumer First thinking. Obsession with creative effectiveness, excellent excel skills
