Cost

- Government Projects
- Convergence-Pulling different projects of various agencies in our operational area through PPP
- Cost Benefit Analysis for Maximization of SROI

System/Organization/Process/Governance

- Initiatives for CSR and Reporting with CSR Authority
- Develop grievance handling mechanism
- Data capturing process through system/ portal - SANGAT

Awards and Recognition

- Apply for selected CSR Awards and recognitions for projects at the mines

Safety

- Creating a Sustainable Safety Culture in peripheral villages to ensure zero accidents.
- Identify social risk (Preparing Risk Calendar)
- Safety Audits - Audit CSR activities
- Tagging notification/hoarding to highlight dangerous spots - Road Safety Slogans.
- Ensure at least 1 BBSO per month.

Networking

- Networking with NGO, Govt. agencies and other Institutions to develop and initiate plan and its implementation
- Acting as the focal point for companys CSR initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
