Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: BENGALURU, work from office

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15,000/month

Potential Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance, a full-time role may be offered with a CTC of 2.5-3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand&aposs goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create content tailored to engage and resonate with them.

1. Content Creation and Scheduling:

- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including images, videos, and captions.
- Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Use scheduling tools and content calendars to optimize posting times.

1. Audience Engagement:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, mentions, and interactions.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster positive online communities around our brand.

4.Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

1. Brand Voice and Consistency:

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand values and messaging.

1. Influencer and Partnership Collaboration:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners who can help promote our brand and products.

1. Social Media Trends:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic designing skill at canva or similar platform
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience in social media is added advantage
