Tour Operator

Key Responsibilities Plan organize and coordinate tour packages and itineraries tailored to client preferences Liaise with travel agents transport providers hotels and other vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery Manage bookings reservations and ticketing for flights accommodations and activities Provide exceptional customer service addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with the sales team to promote travel packages and ensure client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive pricing strategies Handle logistical arrangements including visas insurance and other travel documentation Oversee budgets and manage financial aspects of tours to maximize profitability Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations popular destinations and industry developments Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Management or a related field preferred Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a similar role in the travel industry Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations visa processes and logistics Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in travel software and booking platforms e g Amadeus Galileo or similar Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
