Finance Commercial Material Management Head Responsible for overseeing financial planning budgeting taxation GST Income Tax and statutory compliance including audits and corporate governance under the Companies Act The role includes managing import-export operations ensuring compliance with customs regulations forex management and handling bank transactions like letters of credit It also involves overseeing material management procurement inventory control and supply chain optimization to ensure cost efficiency and smooth operations Additionally the role requires maintaining corporate compliance liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities and implementing financial controls to support business growth while minimizing risks Strong analytical skills leadership and expertise in ERP systems are essential for success in this role Finance CommercialPosition Finance Commercial MangerLocation JaipurReporting To DirectorsIndustry MetalExperience 10 to 15 YearsKey Responsibilities1 Finance Accounts Management1 1 Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and cash flow management 1 2 Prepare financial statements and reports as per accounting standards 1 3 Monitor working capital fund flow and cost control measures 1 4 Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts bank statements and financial records 1 5 Liaise with banks financial institutions and external stakeholders 2 Commercial Import-Export Operations2 1 Manage commercial operations including vendor contracts purchase agreements and pricing strategies 2 2 Handle international trade transactions including letters of credit LC bank guarantees and forex management 2 3 Ensure compliance with import and export regulations customs laws and documentation Bill of Entry Shipping Bill IEC etc 2 4 Coordinate with freight forwarders clearing agents and customs authorities 3 Statutory Compliance Audit3 1 Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including Income Tax GST and TDS 3 2 Oversee statutory audits internal audits and tax audits in coordination with auditors 3 3 Maintain compliance with the Companies Act SEBI RBI FEMA and other regulatory frameworks 3 4 Stay updated on changes in tax laws and corporate governance requirements 4 Taxation Income Tax GST 4 1 Ensure accurate calculation filing and payment of GST Income Tax and other applicable taxes 4 2 Handle GST input tax credit ITC reconciliations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations 4 3 Address notices and queries from tax authorities 4 4 Assist in tax planning and advisory to optimize tax liabilities 5 Corporate Governance Company Law Compliance5 1 Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013 including ROC filings board meetings and shareholder meetings 5 2 Maintain statutory registers minutes of meetings and corporate records 5 3 Assist in mergers acquisitions and corporate restructuring activities 5 4 Work with company secretaries and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance 6 Material Management Procurement6 1 Oversee inventory planning procurement and supply chain management 6 2 Ensure optimal stock levels and cost-effective purchasing strategies 6 3 Establish vendor selection evaluation and negotiation processes to achieve best pricing and quality 6 4 Coordinate with production logistics and warehouse teams to optimize material flow 6 5 Implement inventory control systems to minimize wastage and ensure timely availability of raw materials 6 6 Develop strategies for cost reduction supplier relationships and procurement efficiency 7 Required Skills Qualifications7 1 Education CA MBA7 2 Experience 10-15 in finance taxation material management and commercial operations 7 3 Technical Skills Knowledge of accounting standards GST Income Tax supply chain management procurement and ERP systems IndAS 7 4 Soft Skills Strong analytical skills leadership abilities problem-solving mind-set and excellent communication 8 Preferred Qualifications8 1 Hands-on experience in SAP Tally ERP systems 8 2 Exposure to international trade regulations forex management and customs compliance 8 3 Experience in supply chain optimization and vendor management
