Key responsibilities:Assist in creating architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design presentations. Prepare detailed CAD/BIM documentation: plans, sections, elevations, and schedules. Support 3D modelling and renderings using software such as Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino. Conduct site visits for progress monitoring, documenting issues, and ensuring design intent is implemented. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and procure relevant materials. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, COA standards, and Vaastu/general safety and sustainability norms. Contribute to client meetings and internal design reviews, preparing graphics and presentations. Support project documentation, cost estimation, record-keeping, and task coordination. Stay updated on materials, trends, green building practices, and emerging architecture technologies.Skills: Proficiency in Design Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with 3D rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus. Knowledge of Building Codes & Regulations: Basic understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in design, drafting, and construction documentation. Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to combine creativity with practical solutions to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design issues creatively and efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Personal Attributes: Team-Oriented: Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients to achieve design goals. Passionate About Architecture: Genuine interest in architecture, design, and urban planning.
