As an Insurance Care Companion, you won’t be a salesperson; you will be a professional "Problem Solver." You will help Indian families navigate the most confusing financial decisions of their lives and stand by them when they are at their most vulnerable—during a medical crisis. Your Roles & Responsibilities - The Translator: Take complex, jargon-heavy insurance policies and simplify them into "Grandmother-friendly" summaries. - The Guide: Conduct unbiased "Policy Audits" for potential members, showing them exactly where their current coverage fails them. - The Claim Hero: Be the point of contact when a claim occurs. This involves coordinating with hospitals, managing paperwork, and ensuring the family feels supported, not stranded. - The Content Voice: Help create "Advice-first" content for our WhatsApp and Instagram communities, sharing real stories and tips. Who You Are (The Ideal Profile) - Recent Graduate: Any stream. We value your attitude more than your degree. - High EQ (Emotional Intelligence): You can stay calm and empathetic when talking to someone in a hospital waiting room. - The "Teacher" Vibe: You enjoy explaining things. You are the person friends call to help them fill out a tough form. - Ethical Core: You would rather lose a sale than sell a bad policy. - Linguistic Clarity: Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) We don’t measure you by "Calls Made." We measure you by: 1. Trust Score (NPS): How likely is a customer to recommend you to others? 2. Claim Resolution Speed: How quickly and smoothly did you help a family get their discharge? 3. Retention Rate: The percentage of families who choose to stay with Thodu because they trust your advice.
