Sales Operations Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Operations - Intern to streamline and enhance our sales processes. This role involves lead qualification, CRM management, sales process auditing, and operational support to ensure data accuracy and efficiency in our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations & Lead Management:
- Qualify and evaluate leads from Bitrix CRM to determine their potential.
- Monitor and analyze PBX call logs to assess lead quality and sales consultant performance.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via Salebot online chat.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
CRM Auditing & Data Accuracy:
- Maintain and audit CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead data.
- Investigate discrepancies in CRM records and report inconsistencies.
- Ensure sales consultants follow proper CRM entry and update procedures.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Identify inefficiencies in lead handling and propose process improvements.
- Report errors, inconsistencies, or operational gaps to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM management.
- Ability to work with multiple software tools and quickly grasp new technologies.
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills to assess data quality and process efficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Paid Internship: Rs 20,000 per month
