Job Description

Electrical Design Profile: We are looking for candidates who have experience as mentioned below

1. Should be a design engineer working in an Electrical Design Consultancy for Projects.

2. Not required - Site Engineer, panel design engineer, site Maintenance Engineer.

3. Shall have calculation knowledge of design, like load sheet, voltage drop, fault level for transformer, DGs, etc.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in hands-on electrical systems engineering design, including calculations to complete electrical systems analysis, design, and report writing.

Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Dialux, and MS Word.

Must have complete familiarity with NEC, IEC & NBC codes.

Knowledge of ELV, MV & LV design standards

Must have a capability on Electrical load calculation, sizing of switch gear based on the fault levels, cable schedules, voltage drop & Earthing Calculation.

Calculation & selection of equipment viz Substation Equipment, UPS, Transformer, DGs.

Experience and understanding of ELV Design, LPS, FAS, Data Voice & CCTV.

Experience in working with and creating SLD, DB detailing & wiring diagrams.

Knowledge of IBMS & Building automation would be an advantage.

Must possess the ability to do site visits to assess the complete electrical work done by the contractor.

Some travel required.

Responsibilities:

Able to lead the electrical design on a multi-disciplinary project.

Must be able to create and assemble a complete set of electrical design documents.

Review and audit construction specifications in Master Spec and Specs Intact.

Assist in mentoring the design activities of the drafting team to verify that quality controls and project criteria are met and within budget.
