Your Role: Lead Verification Engineer

You’ll be a technical anchor in our Verification team, taking charge of critical SoC/ASIC projects, driving verification strategy, and mentoring engineers.

What You'll Do

- Lead and execute complex ASIC/SoC verification projects
- Design and develop verification environments using System Verilog and UVM
- Translate specs into robust verification plans
- Drive functional and gate-level simulation, debug failures, and ensure quality
- Work with protocols like PCIe, Ethernet, USB, AXI, DDR, AMBA, RISC-V, etc.
- Perform coverage analysis and regression setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years of hands-on verification experience
- Solid understanding of ASIC design flow and verification methodologies
- Strong command over SV, UVM, and simulation/debugging tools
- Proven track record of executing at least 2 SoC verification projects
- Bonus: Experience with formal verification, power-aware simulations, or mixed-signal verification
- A proactive mindset and a passion for mentorship
