The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting UltraTech's range of cement products. Responsibilities also include market research, implementation of sales strategies, and reporting on sales activity and trends. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development - Basic knowledge of product delivery and logistics management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Previous experience in sales or the building materials industry is a plus - Proactive approach and ability to build strong customer relationships
