We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Solution Architecture and Product Engineering. This role demands a hands-on technical leader who can design, build, and scale complex, high-performance software systems. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, technical strategist, and engineering leader capable of driving mission-critical initiatives, ensuring architectural integrity, and optimizing for scalability, resilience, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant software solutions.
- Lead technical deep dives, system design reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Drive solution architecture, scalability strategies, and distributed system designs.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, system failures, and architectural inefficiencies.
- Lead hands-on product engineering efforts, enforcing high-performance development standards.
- Optimize multi-cloud deployments, containerized workflows (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and enforce coding standards, system reliability measures, and DevSecOps principles.
- Conduct critical debugging, performance tuning, and real-time issue resolution.
- Guide engineering teams through code reviews, architectural decisions, and best practices.
- Own technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and strategic engineering decisions.
- Engage in technical sales discussions, solution proposals, and client-facing architecture roadmaps.
- Drive engineering culture, training initiatives, and internal knowledge-sharing programs.

Skills & Experience

- Proven expertise in solution architecture, system design, and large-scale software engineering.
- Mastery in modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, NextJS, React Native), backend technologies (Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS, SpringBoot), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and DevOps automation.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and high-throughput computing optimization skills.
- Expertise in security, data compliance, and performance benchmarking.
- Exceptional technical leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
