Job Description We are seeking a proactive and skilledBackend Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. This role is essential for powering our platform's core logic and APIs, heavily relying on Python If you're ready to dive deep into database optimization, API design, and system scalability, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Python Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and business logic primarily in Python - API Design: Build robust and efficient RESTful/GraphQL APIs using a modern Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Database Expertise: Manage data models, write optimized SQL queries, and work with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Integration: Connect and integrate various internal and third-party systems. - Quality: Commit to clean code principles, extensive testing, and active participation in code reviews. Required Technical Expertise - Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend software development. - Core Language: Strong command of Python. - Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions for system scalability and performance. - Web Frameworks: Practical experience with at least one major Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Databases: Solid foundation in SQL and experience with relational databases. - API Development: Proven ability to build and document APIs. - Tech Exploration: Dedicated opportunity to research and implement new backend technologies (e.g., Go, Rust, alternative message brokers) based on project needs. - Tooling: Proficiency with Git for version control.
