Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across various functions within the organization. The role involves handling HR processes, compliance, employee records, and HR-related communications while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Letters Management: Prepare and issue appointment, relieving, increment, and termination letters as per company policies. - Salary Processing: Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and resolve related queries. - Data Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations. - HR Emails: Respond to HR-related emails, address inquiries, and assign tasks to relevant stakeholders. - Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure statutory compliance. - POSH Management: Facilitate POSH training, handle complaints confidentially, and ensure compliance with regulations. - Attendance Management: Track and manage leaves, absences, and overtime using the attendance management system. - Employee Benefits & Assets: Coordinate distribution of benefits, assets, ID cards, and organize team lunches. - Background Verification: Manage verification for ex-employees during offboarding. - PF & Insurance SPOC: Act as the primary contact for PF, insurance, and other employee benefits queries. - Celebrations & Engagements: Organize birthdays and work anniversaries to maintain a positive culture. - Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for HR services, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments. - Probationary Reviews: Schedule and facilitate probation review calls to assess employee performance. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field - 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or similar role - Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines - High level of confidentiality and attention to detail - Certification in HR management (preferred)
