The role is remote.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with the business to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest talent
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing for all roles across SocialPilot
Build and maintain a network of candidates in engineering, marketing, product management, and sales
Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement including sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers in the execution of these strategies
Build and grow relationships with top tier engineering schools and business schools

Experience
6-8 years of recruiting experience with technical organizations
Hands-on experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
