We are a well-established CA CPA firm actively seeking both entry-level and experienced accountants in the Dombivli and surrounding areas Please visit our website at https dpcpallc comfor more information Our corporate headquarters are located in the United States and we are currently establishing a strong presence in India With a growing team already in place in Dombivli we are now looking to expand further to capitalize on upcoming exciting opportunities for us as well as for you Job responsibilities includes - Financial Record Keeping Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers journals and accounting software Financial Reporting Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Generating financial reports for management stakeholders and regulatory authorities Financial Analysis Analyzing financial data to identify trends patterns and discrepancies Providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance Reconciliation Reconciling bank statements accounts payable and accounts receivable Resolving discrepancies and variances Financial Software and Systems Using accounting software and financial management systems to process transactions and generate reports Recommending and implementing software upgrades or improvements Tax Services Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals businesses and organizations Advising clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations and staying updated on changes in tax codes Client Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client inquiries and concerns Identifying opportunities for additional services and cross-selling firm offerings Research and Analysis Conducting research on accounting standards tax regulations and industry trends to stay informed and provide clients with relevant advice Analyzing financial data and providing insights for decision-making Technology and Automation Utilizing accounting software and technology tools to streamline processes improve efficiency and enhance accuracy Recommending and implementing software solutions for clients Continuing Education Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting standards tax laws and industry best practices Maintaining relevant certifications such as CPA and fulfilling continuing education requirements Team Collaboration Collaborating with colleagues within the CPA firm on complex projects or client engagements Mentoring and training junior staff members Quality Control Ensuring that work meets the firm s quality control and professional standards Reviewing the work of junior accountants to maintain accuracy and compliance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Dombivli Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Tally 1 year Preferred total work 2 years Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person
