Title Storage RTB Admin Location Chennai Exp 6 Years Responsibilities Good knowledge about SAN Block Storage NAS File Storage or Backup storage Good IT risk management skills Well understanding about service delivery approaches acknowledge interference with the storage infrastructure life cycle and assist with incorporating the adopted approach into best practice Well aware of the gap in the current infrastructure solutions and where industry innovations are along the maturity lifecycle Co-operate with application stakeholders to improve the infrastructure ensuring compliance with the technical roadmap Sound knowledge of development methodologies and the IT policies necessary to perform effectively in the organisation aligned to the bank s appetite for risk Experience in improving safety and security of the storage infrastructure compliance with regulations policies and standards enhance operational readiness and ease maintenance of the environment for delivering change into production Experience in supports the bank s audit function in the remediation of audit points and self-identified issues to reduce risk Responsible for producing and maintaining accurate documentation on compliance with methodologies IT policies and IT security requirements Experience in interacting with and influences colleagues on the governance of IT platform reliability and resilience Accountable for application and or infrastructure asset instances Requirements Knowledge of enterprise storage backup is required Knowledge of system design development implementation and user support principles and practices Familiarity with Project management principles Knowledge of IT Risk and Controls IT Security COBIT ITIL PMP CRISC CSSLP CISSP equivalent certifications preferred End to end ownership in driving team towards delivery Performance and productivity orientation to promote high-quality results Profound analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills Pro-active and flexible working approach Ability to think outside the box to resolve problems Efficient and well organised detail oriented
