Key Responsibilities Design develop and deliver training programs classroom on-the-job and digital for sales executives showroom staff and dealer networks Conduct product knowledge sessions on new automobile models features and technologies Train sales teams on sales processes negotiation skills upselling and cross-selling techniques Develop training content presentations and role-play exercises to improve selling effectiveness Assess training needs through performance evaluations feedback and market observations Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and organizational sales goals Monitor post-training performance and provide ongoing support to ensure implementation of skills Coordinate with sales managers product managers and HR to align training with company objectives Stay updated with industry trends competitor strategies and customer preferences Prepare reports on training effectiveness and suggest improvements Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of the automobile industry products and customer buying behavior Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire motivate and mentor sales professionals Proficiency in training methodologies coaching techniques and adult learning principles Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle dynamic sales environments Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
