Job Description

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator - MCSA) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with or knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery procedures
- Experience with system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization
- Understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching

Key Responsibilities:

- Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Configure and optimize cloud servers, security settings, updates, etc.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
- Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Java & Tomcat
- Apache
- Redis
- MySQL and MSSQL
- Web Servers
- FTP and CDN systems
- Add and manage FTP accounts and file management
- Domain and sub-domain management
- Configure email systems and regularly update security setting
