Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer / Media Buyer with a strong background in digital advertising and a proven track record of managing high-ROI campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple platforms to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with client objectives. Create comprehensive plans that encompass channel selection, budget allocation, and target audience segmentation. - Execute and manage paid campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Ensure optimal spending of the advertising budget to achieve maximum ROI. - Continuously analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Make data-driven decisions to optimize bid strategies, adjust targeting, refine ad copy, and improve overall campaign performance. - Implement rigorous A/B testing strategies to refine ad effectiveness and conversion rates. Test different creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continually improve campaign results. - Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations. Communicate effectively with both team members and clients to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives and results - A robust knowledge of a broad range of marketing activities, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, is a significant plus. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and media buying, with a strong focus on performance-based advertising. - Expertise in managing significant advertising budgets and achieving measurable success. - Proficient in using major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.). - Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and ROI analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and positive manner. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
