Position Summary Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. Work you'll do: - Consistently showcases deep technology stack / functional acumen combined with industry/leading practice knowledge relevant to project requirements - is the go to person - Displays detailed understanding of tools and accelerators and is able to adapt/advise on which tools can be a best fit for a project, delivery innovation and drives efficiency The team: Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients brand values for measurable business growth. We help clients turn business values into measurable growth through creatively driven, personalized content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire people to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in any marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, SFCM etc.) - 1+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe experience platform. - Good understanding of business domains, data models and marketing campaigns. - Strong technical Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing all AJO features and capabilities. - Ability to create rules and conditional logics to build complex journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors. - Strong ability to configure external data source, events, and custom actions. - Strong ability to effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. - Strong implementation coordination and communication skills. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Candidate must have hands-on experience in making and handling REST API calls. - Candidate must have hands-on experience working on one or more projects involving Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). - Candidate must have strong understanding of marketing concept across various business domains. - Candidate must have Adobe journey optimizer Business practitioner or Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert Certification. - Good to have Adobe Experience Platform Business practitioner or Adobe experience platform Developer Expert certification.
