As we continue to expand our residential portfolio across Gurugram, we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage end-to-end site execution for builder floor projects. Role Description We are seeking a hands-on Civil Engineer with strong experience in residential construction projects, capable of independently managing sites from construction to final finishing and handover. The role requires frequent site visits and coordination with multiple teams across Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and execute residential builder floor projects - Handle complete site execution from civil construction to interiors & finishing - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and labor teams - Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines - Monitor material usage, site measurements, and daily progress - Manage multiple sites and travel as per project requirements - Prepare site reports and update management on progress Required Skills & Qualifications - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering - Proven experience in residential construction / builder floors - Strong knowledge of RCC work, interiors, finishing, and execution - Ability to read and execute drawings & BOQs - Good coordination and problem-solving skills - Ability to independently manage sites Mandatory Requirements - Own vehicle is compulsory (daily site travel required) - Willingness to travel across different locations in Gurgaon - Experience in builder floors is mandatory - Immediate or short notice period preferred Work Location & Schedule - Location: Sector 50, Gurugram - Work Mode: On-site - Working Days: 6 Days a Week How to Apply Interested candidates can apply through any of the following methods: 📩 Email your updated resume at: swatihrhiring@gmail.com 📞 Contact / WhatsApp: 8076141700 (HR – Swati) 🔹 LinkedIn Applicants: You may also apply directly via the “Apply” button on LinkedIn or comment “Interested” on this post.
