Job Description Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Software Engineer based in Bengaluru, The Principal Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software systems. Day-to-day tasks include coding, debugging, and implementing back-end applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and leverage new technologies and solutions. Job Description SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS: - Development and Management of IT Applications end to end - Design and implement robust and scalable application modules as per customer needs using .Net Core, Angular technologies - Ensure the integrity and security of application by following security guidelines - Experience in the use of common procedures in web-based applications (asynchronous and synchronous communication, authentication methods: oAuth, OICD etc.) - Collaborate with requirement providers to create and implement application features - Identify and implement technical improvement opportunities - Mentor and supervise the junior developer work Location: Bengaluru and Chennai Years of Exp: 9 to 12 years REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Experience: - 9 to 12 years of experience with developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack of technologies. - Strong working knowledge of Web application development using .NET Core, C#, Asp.net, Web API. - Strong Working knowledge of Angular 12 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3. - Good working knowledge of SQL, LINQ. - Should have knowledge about CI/CD deployment process using AZURE - Familiar UI testing and Unit Testing (MOQ/ NUnit etc.) - Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) - Strong working knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns that includes Creational, Structural, Behavioral - Strong experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures - Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems - Should have working knowledge on Code review that includes, raising code review, resolve comment reviews, Closing code reviews. - Should be aware of best practices in programming and IT security - Should know how to troubleshoot performance-related issues, how to write efficient code and query, how to use SQL profiler - Working knowledge Authentication and Authorization, SSO [Plus OAuth2, OpenIDC etc.] (5+) - Should have worked in an AGILE practice methodology (preferably SCRUM) Must Have:.Net Core, Angular, SQL Responsibilities - Maintenance of existing applications - Development of a new application features/modules - Act as technical owner of PMO applications - Collaborate with other team members in Europe Personal / Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and distributed team environment. - Proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Capable to mentor junior developers to grow and improve productivity PREFERED CANDIDATES: - The successful candidate will have a self-motivated, get-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines, details and quality. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team in Europe Qualifications - BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor's degree with the right experience
