Job Title HR Executive Location Palladam Department Human Resources Reporting to HR Manager Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations The role involves recruitment employee engagement payroll coordination compliance and ensuring smooth HR processes that support organizational growth Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening scheduling and onboarding Maintain employee records attendance and HR databases Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement Handle employee queries grievances and provide HR-related guidance Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance PF ESI Gratuity etc Coordinate training employee engagement and performance appraisal activities Prepare HR reports letters and documentation offer letters relieving letters etc Support management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational development programs Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Good knowledge of HR policies labor laws and compliance Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
