We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team As a Physiotherapist you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries manage chronic pain and improve their overall mobility and quality of life Your expertise in assessing patient conditions developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapies will make a significant impact on the wellbeing of our patients Responsibilities Assess diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual conditions and needs Provide hands-on therapies including manual therapy techniques exercises and electrotherapy modalities to help patients regain strength flexibility and functional movement Educate patients on self-care strategies including exercises and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and prevention of future injuries Monitor and evaluate patients progress throughout treatment adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting treatment plans progress notes and outcomes Stay current with advancements in the field of physiotherapy by attending professional development opportunities and engaging in self-directed learning Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution Valid and active license to practice as a Physiotherapist Proven experience as a Physiotherapist preferably in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of human anatomy physiology and movement patterns Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess complex patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care Proficient computer skills including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office suite A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care with a genuine desire to help others achieve optimal health and wellbeing Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Education Diploma Preferred Experience Physiotherapy 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
