Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Labour Supervision

- Monitor and manage daily activities of labourers at the construction site to ensure productivity and discipline.

Labour Camp Management

- Oversee the maintenance and functioning of the labour camp, including cleanliness, safety, and accommodation facilities.

Attendance & Record Keeping

- Maintain attendance records, work allocation, and daily manpower reports.

Coordination with Site Engineer

- Support the site engineer in day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow with the labour force.

Health & Safety Compliance

- Ensure all workers follow basic safety guidelines and hygiene protocols at both the worksite and labour camp.

Issue Resolution

- Address and resolve any labour-related concerns or grievances efficiently and promptly.
