Job Title Marketing Executive Department Marketing Admissions Business Development Reports To Branch Manager Marketing Manager Principal Job Summary The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization s brand products or services to attract new customers and retain existing ones The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns conducting field visits managing social media presence and supporting admission or sales targets Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation Visit schools colleges organizations and nearby communities for promotional activities Plan and organize events exhibitions and campaigns to attract potential customers Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials brochures posters banners etc Maintain and update social media platforms with engaging content Collect and analyze market feedback and competitor information Support admissions or sales teams with lead follow-ups and conversions Maintain a database of inquiries leads and campaign results Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management Ability to plan organize and execute events Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office Google Sheets etc Willingness to travel for field visits and promotions Experience 1-3 years of experience in marketing preferably in the education or service sector Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
