From architectural drafting to steel detailing and Building Information Modeling (BIM), we cater to architects, engineers, fabricators, and design-build firms. Our focus is on providing comprehensive solutions for the construction value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Professional at Greenbrook Engineering Services located in the Greater Nashik Area. The HR Professional will be responsible for Recruitment in your business unit.

RRF from the Hiring Manager, RRF Approval.

Posting job advertisements.

Maintaining recruitment tracker.

Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, & coordinating with the hiring manager.

Salary Negotiation, Offer Releasing.

Onboarding Activities, Employee engagement, and employee retention programs.

Managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR functions within the organization on a day-to-day basis.

- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Connect with the central HR team for all coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate regular team-building activities.
- Address all employee queries including HR & Admin related.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 04-10 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PPT, etc), and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain and organize HR files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Conduct Induction
- Conduct Exit Interview
- Coordinate training programs and also conduct short training sessions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Administration & Facility Management: Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Office Equipment Maintenance.
- Facility Upkeep.
- Regular inspection of the office premises for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
- Reporting any major issues like plumbing leaks, electrical faults, or HVAC problems.
- Office Supplies Management.
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies like stationery, coffee, and cleaning materials.
- Maintaining an inventory log for supplies.
- Vendor Coordination.
- Contacting service providers for maintenance or repairs.
- Scheduling regular servicing for office equipment and facilities
- Cleanliness and Hygiene.
- Security and Safety.
- Utility Monitoring: Ensuring electricity, water, and internet services are functioning without interruption.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining logs for maintenance tasks and expenses
- Workspace Arrangement.
- Setting up workstations for new employees.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are organized and ready for use.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
