We are seeking an experienced and motivated Export Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets. This role involves working closely with the export and sales teams, analyzing global market trends, and implementing promotional campaigns to drive international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and market trends in target regions.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for market penetration.
- Stay updated on global market trends, economic factors, and trade regulations affecting export businesses.

1. Export Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement export marketing strategies to promote products in international markets.
- Collaborate with sales and export teams to set goals and define strategies for specific regions or countries.
- Identify potential distribution channels and trade partners across global markets.

1. Brand Management & Promotion:

- Oversee the adaptation of marketing materials, ensuring they are culturally relevant and aligned with local market preferences.
- Develop international promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and trade marketing plans to increase brand visibility abroad.
- Coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and engage with potential clients.

1. Client Relations & Communication:

- Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries, support requests, and work to resolve any issues related to exports.

1. Sales Support & Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to align export marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Provide necessary sales collateral and support to the sales team for international markets.
- Monitor export sales performance and provide feedback for strategy adjustments.

1. Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws in the target regions.
- Work with the legal and logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation for international shipments.

1. Budgeting & Reporting:

- Develop and manage the export marketing budget.
- Monitor marketing expenditure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), market insights, and progress toward objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in export marketing, international sales, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of international marketing strategies and export regulations.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies to different cultural contexts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
