With a strong footprint across Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, our performance marketing-led growth strategy is designed to drive user acquisition at scale. Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Dubbing Director to oversee the dubbing and voiceover production process of our audio shows across multiple languages. This is a high-impact, short-term role ideal for someone with deep expertise in dubbing direction, voice talent coordination, and audio post-production. You'll play a key role in maintaining the narrative quality, performance consistency, and emotional depth across our dubbed content. Key Responsibilities - Lead dubbing projects in Telugu languages , ensuring high-quality performance and audio clarity. - Collaborate with writers, voice artists, sound engineers, and producers to ensure the emotional tone and character delivery match the original intent. - Conduct dubbing sessions, giving creative and performance direction to voice artists. - Manage end-to-end dubbing workflows, including script adaptation, casting, recording, and QC. QC will include checking for tone and quality of dialogues. - Ensure timely delivery of episodes within tight deadlines. - Maintain consistency in character voices, pronunciations, and pacing across long-format series. - Review and finalize dubbed episodes with a sharp focus on storytelling, tonal accuracy, and production quality. Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a dubbing director or voice director for audio content, films, or web series. - Strong understanding of narrative performance, voice acting, and dialogue delivery. - Prior experience with long-format audio or video content is highly preferred. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage creative feedback loops. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment. - Familiarity with audio production software and studio workflows. Nice to Have - Experience working on audio series, web shows, or OTT content. - Network of voice talent and studio partners.
