Job Description Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Administrator who will take complete ownership of HubSpot CRM and marketing operations. This role requires strong expertise in marketing automation, data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with sales and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage HubSpot CRM administration, configuration, and optimization - Design, implement, and optimize advanced marketing automation workflows and integrations - Plan and execute email marketing strategies with continuous performance improvement - Manage lead lifecycle, data enrichment, and maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity - Create dashboards, reports, and analyze performance metrics to provide strategic insights - Work closely with sales teams to align marketing and revenue operations - Coordinate with senior stakeholders and leadership on marketing initiatives - Document processes and provide internal training and support to team members Required Skills & Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or CRM administration - Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation - Expertise in email marketing, lead management, and reporting - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and lead marketing operations end-to-end Skills: hubspot crm,email,data,coordination,management,automation,marketing operations,marketing automation,hubspot,operations,crm
