Job Title Boiler Operator 2nd Class Department Operations Maintenance Location Mehsana Gujarat Reporting To Maintenance Plant Manager Job Summary The 2nd Class Boiler Operator will be responsible for operating maintaining and monitoring the steam boilers and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation in compliance with statutory and company standards Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related systems Monitor boiler operations parameters and fuel consumption to ensure efficient performance Carry out regular checks on boiler water levels pressure temperature and safety devices Perform routine maintenance cleaning and lubrication of boiler equipment Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations Maintain accurate operational logs and maintenance records Report any malfunction leakage or irregularity to the maintenance supervisor immediately Assist in shutdowns start-ups and periodic inspections Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance Ensure proper handling and storage of fuel and water treatment chemicals Qualifications Experience Must hold a 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating industrial boilers Good knowledge of boiler operation safety procedures and maintenance practices Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations responsibly Skills Required Sound technical knowledge of boiler systems Strong attention to safety and operational detail Good communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability Job Type Full-time Pay 13 129 19 - 33 153 54 per month Work Location In person
