Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Analytics Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA graduate who is passionate about data, HR analytics, and driving insights to support business decisions. The intern will work closely with HRBP, supporting data-driven initiatives for a workforce of 1000+ employees. Intern will be confirmed as an employee after 3 months based on performance evaluation. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include - Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data across various processes (e.g., attrition, hiring, performance, engagement). - Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for HR and business leadership. - Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Generate insights and identify trends through data analysis to support strategic HR initiatives. - Collaborate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Provide support for HR audits, compliance tracking, and other data-related projects. - Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
