Shift Timing: General Shift (10:00 AM 7:00 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IAM Developer to join our team in Pune (Kharadi). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Identity & Access Management solutions, particularly using One Identity (Dell One Identity tool), and will contribute across the development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the One Identity platform.
- Contribute across software development phases Analysis, Development, Testing while ensuring secure and high-quality code.
- Manage and maintain IAM tools and components such as Web Designer, IAM Manager, Designer, Sync Project, etc.
- Integrate applications and manage target system integrations and release support.
- Collaborate with application owners and service providers for development and integration of existing or new services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 512 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
- Mandatory experience in any of the following IAM tools: Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#.NET or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with IAM processes including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
- Exposure to software development life cycle and product development methodologies.
