About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing millions of SKUs, high-traffic platforms, and complex backend systems. Were looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in React.js,Node.js, MongoDB, and Python to help us build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:Backend Development

- Design, build, and maintain backend services & APIs using Node.js.
- Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, shipping, analytics, etc.).
- Manage and optimize MongoDB databases for high performance and scalability.
- Develop Python scripts and microservices for automation, data processing, and backend tasks.
- Implement authentication/authorisation (JWT, OAuth).
- Optimise application performance for speed and scalability.

Frontend Development

- Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using React.js / Next.js (preferred) or similar frameworks.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Optimise frontend for speed and mobile compatibility.

Collaboration & Maintenance

- Work with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Create and run unit & integration tests for backend and frontend.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing systems.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Node.js with Express.js or Nest.js.
- MongoDB with Mongoose ORM.
- Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django for APIs or automation scripts).
- RESTful API design & integration.
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Frontend framework: React.js / Next.js (preferred).
- Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- AWS, Express js, Mongodb, Mongoose, Reacts, Nextjs

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Docker & containerization.
- Cloud services: AWS / GCP / Azure.
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Microservices architecture.
- WebSockets for real-time applications.
- Security best practices for APIs & databases.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail & focus on quality.

Education & Experience

- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
