Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.NET, .NET Core, ADO.NET, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices deployment. This role involves leading and mentoring technical teams while designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Implement and deploy microservices, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage SQL tasks, including query optimization, database design, and integration.
- Ensure documentation for APIs, services, and deployment processes is up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Azure or AWS are a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Core, and ADO.NET.
- Proficiency in Hibernate, REST API, Web Services, Microservices, and Microservice Deployment.
- Experience with REST API documentation and MySQL basics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- Proficiency in SQL tasks including query writing, optimization, and database design.
- Experience with reporting tools like Jasper, FreeMarker, Thymleaf, etc.
- Understanding and application of Lambda expressions in .NET.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, including version control and agile methodologies.

Work Experience:

- Proven experience of 5+ years in .NET development with a focus on designing and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading and mentoring technical teams.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

- ASP.NET, .NET Core, ADO.NET, Hibernate, REST API, Microservices.
- Microservice Deployment, REST API Documentation, MySQL basics.
- Lambda Expressions, Reporting Tools (Jasper, FreeMarker, Thymleaf, etc.).
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Optional but beneficial).
- Strong SQL proficiency.
