Store Management & Operations Supervise daily store activities including sales, customer service, merchandising, and housekeeping. Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times. Monitor footfall, sales performance, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities. Handle store openings, closings, and daily cash reconciliation. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines. 2.
