What Youll Be Doing

Work directly with the founders on projects across business functionsoperations, product, sales, marketing, and growth

Conduct research, prepare reports, and present insights for strategic decision-making

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects

Own and deliver independent workstreamstaking full accountability from planning to delivery

Assist in investor presentations, client meetings, and partnership discussions

Handle sensitive, high-visibility tasks requiring discretion and trust

Who Were Looking For

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or any field that demands analytical thinking

3-5 years of work experience in consulting, startups, or high-growth environments (freshers with exceptional skills welcome)

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and research abilities

Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines without losing detail

Comfort with ambiguityyoull often have to figure things out without a playbook

Experience in agri-tech, climate-tech, or sustainability-driven sectors

Exposure to business strategy, market research, or digital transformation projects

Gross Salary: 75,000-1,00,000/month (includes PF) with only PF & professional tax deducted

Hybrid with WFH flexibility (must be based in Bangalore for frequent meet-ups and field visits)
