helping us conserve precious resources serve our patients create value for stakeholders give back to society fulfil our potential and maintain our integrity and transparency Dr Reddy s maintains a work environment free from discrimination and is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to employ nurture all qualified diverse workforce without regard to race colour religion nationality sex age disability status genetics sexual orientation gender expression citizenship or any other characteristic or classification protected by applicable law s of the country we operate in We treasure every talent and recognize merit and diversity in our organization Job Summary We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations including guiding and coaching employees ensuring equipment safety and maintenance and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities Responsibilities also include documentation review maintaining product quality coordinating training conducting initial incident investigations and managing process orders Roles Responsibilities To ensure that Current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP are being adhered to during the Maintenance of Process equipment other related machinery To ensure that all the safe practices as per Parivarthan guidelines are adhered to while working in the process area as well as service floor Having skill of trouble shooting Tab compression capsule filling machine and Granulation s equipment Coater blender bottle packing line Blister packing To ensure that the process equipment that the process equipment are maintained in the best possible way along with adherence to necessary documents to be complied Co-ordinate with internal customers for routine maintenance issues by providing feedback to the Engineering Head from time to time To ensure that preventive maintenance Breakdown maintenance of the process machinery is carried out as per the schedule SOP for P M B D To perform root cause analysis RCA should be of the every major breakdown of the equipment and implementing the action plan Identifies areas to improve installation maintenance repair etc process to reduce breakdown time Execution of all the assigned action plan CAPA Engineering QA Safety Ability to utilize Manager Model area Concepts 5S Autonomous Maintenance Why-why Kaizens OPL Infer from the Implementation of Kaizen OPL To be a part of the team for the Installation commissioning of process equipment including the complete qualification To ensure that all the required spares are maintained for the process equipment so as to ensure continuous operation reduce downtime To ensure that proper tools are used while carrying out routine breakdown work Maintain a stock of require critical tools for the jobs To verify all concerned daily log books and ensure documentation is online Execution of current future projects execution To ensure complete support to the production department in event of failures challenging situations To ensure that new technologies in the process machinery are well understood for further carrying out proper P M Qualifications Educational qualification A bachelor of mechanical Engineering Minimum work experience 5 to 10 years of experience Skills attributes Technical Skills Knowledge of Granulation Dry granulation Blending calsulation Coating and tablet compression packing equipments like blister and bottle packing line Knowledge and experience in OSD manufacturing and packing Experience in Liquid and Semi-solid manufacturing and packing Good understanding of GMP and good laboratories practices Experience in granulation blending and tablet inspection Behavioural skills Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes Collaboration with cross-functional teams promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers Additional Information About the Department -
