This role is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with our leading clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of their work management solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving flawless implementations that improve client happiness and retention. What you'll Do - Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey - Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery - Partner with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to develop and implement coordinated solutions for the customer - Coordinate technical development and adhere to standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software - Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions - Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations - Assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities during both pre-sales and post-sales stages - Develop the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identify necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach What you need to succeed - Bachelor's degree accompanied by more than 8 years of experience in software development - More than 5 years of experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation roles (integration, software development, networking, operations, etc.) - Proficient with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired - Proficient in Java, PHP, or Python; and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Familiarity with relational databases / SQL - Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems - Deep technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Proactive, flexible, hands-on practitioner with a deep business process consultative focus and a focus on achieving goals - Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Good communication skills - Experience deploying solutions in a SaaS-based environment - Experience delivering solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.) - Experience collaborating with third-party software integrations When working at Adobe, you will be part of an outstanding work environment that is recognized worldwide on Best Companies lists.
