Job Description Experience: 1 to 5 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Freelancing/Contractual Compensation: Rs 30,000 plus per month We are hiring a large team of AI Specialists to train and improve the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a unique opportunity to use your skills in writing, analysis, and domain expertise to directly shape AI technology. You will play a crucial role in enhancing AI's ability to reason, solve problems, and understand complex information. What You'll Do: Based on your background and skills, you will be assigned to one of two key areas. Your work will involve answering questions and creating training scenarios to improve AI model performance. Business & Domain Expertise: Use your specialized knowledge to create structured, business-facing questions and answers in fields like Financial Analysis, Public Policy, and E-commerce. You will apply your expertise to design real-world case studies and problems, working with technical formats like JSON and Markdown. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in business and finance. Analytical & Creative Thinking: Answer a wide variety of analytical questions and puzzles. You will create logical scenarios, conduct online research to validate facts, and provide detailed feedback to improve the AI's core reasoning and creative abilities. This role is for those with excellent general analytical skills, regardless of domain. Who We're Looking For: We are open to a wide range of backgrounds and are seeking candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills. We have positions for both specialized and generalist profiles. Education We are seeking candidates with an MBA or a bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute (e.g., IIT, NIT, IIM, BITS, IIIT) with a specialization in business, economics, or commerce. We are also open to candidates with a bachelor's degree in other fields (e.g., Engineering, Arts, Communications, Literature) and those with relevant professional experience in the area. Experience 1-5 years of experience in fields such as business analysis, content development, research, consulting, journalism, copywriting, or technical writing. Key Skills - Excellent English language and grammar skills. - Strong logical and analytical thinking. - A passion for problem-solving and critical thinking. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON, XML, HTML) is a plus.
