Bachelor s or Master s degree in science engineering or business management - Extensive experience in procurement sourcing methodologies and process optimization - At least 5-10 years in leadership roles team lead cluster lead or operations manager equivalent with a proven track record in leading large complex teams and transformation projects - Strong stakeholder engagement collaboration influencing and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a global and virtual environment - Strategic mindset financial acumen and analytical decision-making skills -
